There is a new business opened in Bossier, Jumpin Jupiter of Louisiana. It is an air conditioned party and play center.With our HOT summers and cold, wet winters, this is a great indoor place to take the kids. It has large inflatable jumps, slides, and obstacle courses. They have a snack area, party rooms, and an area for little ones who are too small to jump. I took my kiddos ages 4 1/2 yr and 1yr and they loved it. It has soft, squishy floors, so my 1yr old loved just running around. Everyone (even parents) must wear socks in the jump room, so keep that in mind. They have open jump times during the week and on the weekend. They are located on E.Texas St. across from First Baptist Bossier and Bossier Mall. There is a new business opening in Shreveport called "hock your smocks". They are an upscale children's consignment store. They will have gently used smocked and boutique clothing, and custom made hair bows. They are accepting consignments now for the Grand Opening so please stop by and drop off any clothing you would like to resell. They have great incentive rates. You can drop it off from Tues-Fri 11am-2pm. Call if you can not make those times and they can work something out.
